01Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to every visit to the EmanaHome website and to any account opened on it. Browsing the site, creating an account or sending a form means the visitor accepts these terms. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site.

02About the Site

EmanaHome shares general information about home warranty coverage for household systems and appliances. The material is for education only and is not legal, financial or insurance advice.

EmanaHome does not perform repairs, does not issue warranty contracts and does not approve or deny service requests. Coverage, limits, fees and exclusions are set by the written contract of the plan a homeowner selects.

03Accounts and Eligibility

The site is intended for adults able to enter a binding agreement. Anyone who opens an account agrees to:

  • Give accurate, current and complete information
  • Keep the password private and the account for personal use
  • Update details whenever they change
  • Take responsibility for activity under the account

04Text Messages and Consent

Users who tick the consent boxes on the signup form agree to receive the text messages described there. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Replying STOP ends messages and replying HELP returns assistance details. Message and data rates may apply and frequency may vary.

05Acceptable Use

Visitors may not misuse the site. Misuse includes:

  • Entering false information or posing as someone else
  • Attempting to disrupt, overload or break into the site
  • Copying or scraping content for commercial purposes
  • Using the site for anything unlawful

06Plans From Outside Providers

Any home warranty plan mentioned on the site is sold and managed by the provider that issues it. Questions about price, eligibility, waiting periods, service fees or claim outcomes are answered by that provider and its contract, not by EmanaHome.

07Intellectual Property

The text, design, graphics and logo on this site belong to EmanaHome or are used with permission. They may be viewed for personal use, but may not be copied, sold or republished without written approval.

08Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided as is and as available. EmanaHome does not promise that the information is complete, current or right for a particular home, or that the site will always be available and free of errors.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EmanaHome is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including repair costs or service requests denied under any plan.

10Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the site will be resolved through binding individual arbitration instead of court, except where the law does not permit it. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived.

11Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

12Updates to These Terms

These terms may change from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision, and continued use of the site after a change means the revised terms are accepted.
